FAQ

How do I play? Drag the weights from the tray onto the hooks of the mobile. You win when every bar hangs level. A bar is level when "weight × distance from the middle" adds up to the same amount on both sides. A hanging bar weighs as much as all the weights below it.

What are the weights with a ring? They are fixed weights that come with the puzzle, and they can't be moved. A weight placed by a hint also gets a ring and stays put.

Does every puzzle have an answer? Yes. Every puzzle has been checked by computer to have exactly one answer.

How many hints do I get? 3 free hints every day. Hangwell Full has unlimited hints.

The next chapter is locked. Solve 20 puzzles in the chapter before it. Chapters 3–8 need Hangwell Full.

How do I get my purchase back? Tap Settings › Restore Purchase. It unlocks again on the same Apple Account.

Can I move my progress to another iPhone? No. Progress is stored only on this iPhone. Your purchase moves with Restore Purchase.

I'd like a refund. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
