1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using Hangwell, an iPhone app provided by GO2GYM STUDIO ("we", the "Company") (the "Service").

2. The Company

The "Company" means 고투짐 스튜디오 (GO2GYM STUDIO), represented by 이정환, business registration no. 862-18-02788.

3. The Service

  1. The Service is a puzzle game in which you hang weights so that every bar of a mobile hangs level.
  2. Downloading the app, chapters 1–2 (60 puzzles), the daily puzzle, and 3 hints per day are free. Buying "Hangwell Full" unlocks chapters 3–8 and unlimited hints (section 4).
  3. We may change the Service's screens, puzzles, and features to improve it. Purchases you have made remain usable.

4. Hangwell Full (one-time purchase)

  1. Hangwell Full is a non-consumable, one-time purchase. It is not a subscription. The price is the amount the App Store shows on the purchase screen.
  2. Hangwell Full unlocks every current chapter and every chapter added later.
  3. You can download your purchase again on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account with "Restore Purchase" in the app. It cannot be shared through Family Sharing.

5. Payments, refunds, and cancellation

  1. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com).
  2. Paid items are digital content that is delivered as soon as you buy it, so cancellation may be limited where the law permits (for users in Korea, Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). We say this on the purchase screen and let you play the free chapters and the daily puzzle before you pay. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

6. Your obligations

You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, or reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute it.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service's puzzles, artwork, sounds, and code belong to the Company.

8. Disclaimer

  1. Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. It is not transferred if you delete the app or change devices, and we cannot recover it. Hangwell Full can be restored with "Restore Purchase".
  2. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post a notice on this page 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

  1. These terms take effect on 2026-10-16.
