Privacy Policy

GO2GYM STUDIO ("we") operates the Keymeow app and the Keymeow keyboards (Korean and English) (the "Service"). This policy explains what the Service handles and what it does not.

1. We collect no personal data

• What you type with the keyboard never leaves your device and is never stored. Korean syllables are held in memory only while they are being composed and disappear when the keyboard closes.
• We run no servers and include no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools. The keyboards never use the internet. The app talks only to Apple's App Store, and only when you buy or restore a purchase or when it checks your subscription.
• Payments are handled by Apple. We receive no name, email, or payment details; the app checks which items you bought, and until when your subscription runs, using the receipt Apple provides on your device.
• There is no sign-up or login.

2. Settings kept on your device only

Your chosen theme, switch sound and light effect, where you placed character keycaps, and settings such as sound, haptics and the number row are stored on your device (in a shared app group) so the app and the keyboards can use them. The list of items you bought and the expiry date of Keymeow Pass are stored there too so the keyboards can read them. To check that the keyboard is connected and to ask for a rating at a good moment, we also store there how many times keys were pressed (a number only, never which keys or what you typed), when the keyboard was last opened, how many times you saved a customization, and when we last asked for a rating. We cannot see these values, and they are deleted when you delete the app.

3. About "Allow Full Access"

When you turn on "Allow Full Access" for a keyboard, iOS shows a general notice that the keyboard could transmit what you type. The Service uses Full Access only to:

• play mechanical keyboard and character sounds in other apps,
• vibrate when you press keys, and
• let the keyboards read the themes, character keycaps and settings you chose in the app, and the items you bought.

You can type with the keyboards with Full Access off (they show the default theme; sounds, haptics and customization are not applied).

4. Sharing, processors and international transfers

None. Payments are processed between you and Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

5. Retention and deletion

We hold no personal data, so there is nothing to retain or delete. Settings on your device are removed by iOS when you delete the app.

6. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have questions, contact us below.

7. Children

The Service collects no one's personal data, including children's.
