Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the Keymeow app and the Keymeow keyboards (the "Service") provided by GO2GYM STUDIO ("we").

2. Who we are

"We" means 고투짐 스튜디오 (GO2GYM STUDIO), representative 이정환, business registration no. 862-18-02788.

3. The Service

1. The Service is a custom keyboard for iPhone (Korean and English) that offers mechanical keyboard sounds, keycap themes, characters that sit on keys (character keycaps), and light effects.
2. Downloading the app and the default theme and switch sounds are free. Other themes, sounds and characters can be bought in the in-app shop as single items, bundles or a Lifetime Pass, or used with a Keymeow Pass subscription (sections 4 and 5).
3. We may change the Service's screens, sounds, themes and characters to improve them. Items you bought remain usable.

4. One-time purchases

1. Single items (themes, switch sounds, character keycaps, keycap sets, the character bundle) and the Lifetime Pass are one-time, non-consumable purchases, not subscriptions. The price is the amount the App Store shows on the purchase screen.
2. The Lifetime Pass unlocks all current items and all themes, sounds and characters added to the Service later.
3. You can download purchases again on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with "Restore Purchases" in the app.

5. Keymeow Pass (auto-renewable subscription)

1. Keymeow Pass is a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. While subscribed, you can use everything the Lifetime Pass covers.
2. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
3. You can cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or with "Manage Subscription" in the app. After canceling, you keep access until the paid period ends; after that, only items you bought separately remain.
4. If we raise the subscription price, we will notify you in advance and obtain any required consent through Apple's process and applicable law.

6. Payments, refunds and withdrawal

1. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com).
2. Paid items are digital content that is delivered as soon as you buy it, so the right of withdrawal may be limited under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. We tell you this on the purchase screen and let you try themes and characters on the keyboard and listen to sounds in the shop and workshop before you pay.

7. Your obligations

You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute it.

8. Intellectual property

We own the rights to the Service's artwork (including the 3D keycap and character art we made) and code. Switch and character sounds are processed public-domain (CC0) recordings; sources are listed in the app under Settings › Sound and art credits.

9. Disclaimer

1. We do not guarantee the Service works the same in every app and text field. iOS may block custom keyboards in fields such as password fields.
2. We do not store what you type, so we are not responsible for loss of typed content, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the change on this page 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

1. These terms take effect on 2026-10-13.
