Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the iPhone game Kimbap Cut (the "Service") provided by GO2GYM STUDIO ("we").

2. Who we are

"We" means 고투짐 스튜디오 (GO2GYM STUDIO), representative 이정환, business registration no. 862-18-02788.

3. The Service

1. The Service is a puzzle game where you place ingredients on seaweed and roll them so the cross-section matches a customer's order. It offers 240 levels; levels 1–60 are free.
2. We may change the Service's levels and screens to improve it. A Full Game purchase keeps working after updates.
3. The Service is for iPhone only.

4. Paid content and payment

1. "Full Game" is a one-time in-app purchase (non-consumable) that unlocks levels 61–240 and unlimited hints. It is not a subscription and never renews. The price is the amount shown by the App Store.
2. You can get Full Game again on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account by tapping "Restore Purchases". Family Sharing is not supported.

5. Refunds and withdrawal

1. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple's App Store. Refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com).
2. Full Game is digital content delivered as soon as you pay, so the right of withdrawal may be limited under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. We show this and what the purchase includes on the purchase screen in advance.

6. Your obligations

You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute it.

7. Intellectual property

We own the rights to the Service's artwork, sounds, levels and code. You may freely use cross-section pictures you share for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer

1. We try to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee it works without errors on every device.
2. Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app or changing devices may erase your progress (Full Game can be restored with "Restore Purchases"). Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for this.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we will post a notice on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are handled by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Addendum

1. These terms take effect on 2026-10-16.
