GO2GYM STUDIO ("we") does not collect personal information in Ladder Pals ("the app").

1. Information we collect

None. The app has no account or login and does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information. It contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting tools and does not send data over the internet.

2. Data stored only on your device

Your game progress (cleared levels and stars, remaining hints, Daily Ladder streak, sound/haptics/language settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment method, name, or email; the app only checks the purchase status provided by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

4. Sharing, processors, and international transfers

Because we collect no personal information, we do not share, outsource the processing of, or transfer any personal information.

5. Children

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

6. Your rights and contact
