Terms of Use

1. About. These terms govern your use of Ladder Pals ("the app"), an offline puzzle game provided by GO2GYM STUDIO ("we"). Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Service. Worlds 1–3 and the Daily Ladder are free. In-app purchases offer the Full Game (worlds 4–8 and unlimited hints) and hint packs. We may add or change levels and features.
3. Purchases. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store at the local price shown in the store. The Full Game is a one-time purchase that can be restored on the same Apple Account with "Restore Purchases"; Family Sharing is not supported. Hints are consumable and stored on your device with your progress; they are lost if the app is deleted and cannot be restored. Refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com).
4. Prohibited use. Do not modify, reverse-engineer, or bypass payment in the app.
5. Intellectual property. All artwork, levels, sounds, and code belong to us.
6. Limitation of liability. Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss of on-device progress caused by device failure or deletion of the app.
7. Changes. We will post changes on the support page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days if less favorable to you).
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
