Privacy Policy

GO2GYM STUDIO ("we", "us") operates the iPhone app "Scrollimit" (the "Service"). This policy explains what information the Service handles and, just as importantly, what it does not.

1. Personal information we collect

We do not collect personal information.

• The Service has no sign-up, no login and no Scrollimit account.
• We run no server for the app, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
• In-app purchases (Scrollimit Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock) are processed by Apple. We never receive your name, email or payment details. The app only contacts Apple's App Store (StoreKit) to check your purchase.

2. Instagram and YouTube inside the app

The Service shows the mobile web versions of Instagram (instagram.com) and YouTube (m.youtube.com) inside an in-app web view (WKWebView) and hides elements such as Reels, Shorts and the Explore grid on those pages.

• You sign in to Instagram and YouTube on their own screens. Your username, password and signed-in state (cookies) are stored only in the web view storage on your iPhone; they are never sent to us and we cannot see them.
• Everything that flows through those pages (feed, messages, search and so on) is exchanged between your iPhone and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram) or Google LLC (YouTube) under their privacy policies. We do not receive that data.
• The app does not read posts, photos or messages from the page and does not send them anywhere. To count Reels and Shorts, the app only watches changes to the page address inside the web view; the result (identifiers and the number of Reels/Shorts watched today) stays on your iPhone.

3. Information stored only on your device

Your daily allowance, quiet-hours settings, hiding options, today's and the last 60 days' Reels/Shorts counts, purchase state and whether you have seen the intro are stored on this iPhone (app preferences). We cannot see these values, and they are deleted when you delete the app.

4. Downloading the rules file

The app may download a small rules file (JSON) that describes which page elements to hide from our website (policy.go2gym365.com, hosted by Vercel Inc.). Like any web request, it includes your IP address and app identification, which may appear in the hosting provider's access logs. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.

5. Third parties and international transfers

We hold no personal information, so we share nothing and outsource nothing. While you use the Service, however, your iPhone communicates directly with these overseas companies:

You can avoid these transfers by not signing in to Instagram/YouTube or by deleting the app, in which case those services cannot be used inside the app.

6. Retention and deletion

Because we keep no personal information, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. On-device data is removed when you delete the app. Your Instagram/YouTube signed-in state remains in the in-app web view storage until you delete the app or sign out of that service.

7. Your rights

We hold no personal information, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase. Rights over data held by Instagram or YouTube are exercised with those services. Contact us at the address in section 9 with any question.

8. Children

The Service collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Age requirements for Instagram and YouTube are set by those services.

We announce changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If we ever add analytics or crash reporting, we will update this policy first.
