Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of tripvenir (the "Service"), provided by GO2GYM STUDIO (the "Company"): a map app that fills the places you have been with your photos, and optional public profiles at tripvenir.com/your-handle.

2. Your records

Photos and records are stored on your device by default. If you delete the app or lose the device without a backup, they cannot be recovered, by you or by us.

3. Public profiles and your content

1. You own the photos and text you post. We store and display them only to show your public profile.
2. You must not post: other people's photos or likeness, other people's personal information, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or a handle or content that impersonates someone else or the Service.
3. A handle belongs to whoever publishes it first; we may restrict handles that impersonate or infringe.
4. Taking your profile down deletes it immediately.
5. Public profiles and Cloud backup are for users aged 14 and over.

4. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a profile with "Report" at the bottom of its page or by e-mail. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms within 24 hours; repeated or serious violations may block the handle. We may remove unlawful content without notice.

5. Purchases

Paid features are bought through the App Store or Google Play. As digital content that starts at once, a purchase may no longer be withdrawn after you start using it (Korean E-Commerce Act, art. 17(2)); refunds go through the store under its policy. Subscriptions, if any, show their renewal terms and can be cancelled in the store at any time. If a purchase ends or is refunded, you can still view, back up and delete the photos you added.

6. Map data

Boundaries and place names come from open data (Natural Earth, geoBoundaries and others) for personal travel records and do not represent any position on borders or territories.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control, for loss of records you did not back up, or, to the extent the law allows, for disputes arising from content users post.

8. Disputes and governing law

Tell us first at the address below. Disputes may go to a consumer dispute mediation body. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; the court of the user's domicile has jurisdiction.
